As Uncommon’s fourth development in the capital, the scheme provides 850 desks within The Crosspoint development for established businesses, start-ups and individuals. Seeking to bring the outside in, biophilic design and generous glazing forms an integral part of our fitout, with over 1,000 plants integrated into the design to promote calm and enhance productivity.
A range of workspaces accommodate a multitude of working styles and activities, and include private desks, lounge areas and meeting rooms as well as a public art gallery at ground floor level. As part of this, our design of Uncommon’s Well Studio provides a harmonious break out space, complete with striking views of London from the rooftop terrace.
