This development located in Cruz Quebrada consists of 2 buildings and 1 palace, totaling 65 apartments ranging from T0 to T4 + 6 houses, with storage, parking and outdoor areas for private and collective use. The design intention is driven by the idea of converting the former DAFUNDO factory, located in Sacadura Cabral, into a community-aggregating HUB, returning life to the place full of a long history of social and cultural activities from the end of the 19th century.

The building's facade preserves the architectural memory, updating and standardizing its metric and suggesting an image of the facades with a more contemporary language, marked by the imposition of the verticality of the pillars and a new regular metric. The three bodies merged to form a single entity. This effect is achieved through the use of the same materials that cover the interior and exterior of the volumes. The industrial brick chimney is maintained, becoming a memory of what the place once was.

The location of the building allows you to simultaneously have a view over the treetops to the south, the horizon and the sea to the north. It is in this area with open views that the development's swimming pool is located.

Inside, the use of continuous textured coatings was sought, to maintain the logic used for the external surfaces. This helps to bring uniformity to the whole, while offering a welcoming and immersive experience of the various spaces. The internal organization of fractions is pragmatic and intuitive. The exercise of closing and opening spaces provides flexibility and adaptability to new experiences.
