At the end of 2009 came the order to build a high-rise building on a south facing 8.66m lot in the geographic center of the city of Rosario, Echesortu neighborhood, near the bus station.
The order is carried out by a marketer of products derived from aluminum (profiles, carpentry, steel-frame, sheets). The slogans of the order were to exploit to the maximum the buildable meters according to the Rosario Urban Code and to use products derived from aluminum.
The problem was raised of only using one of the party walls and working on the north and east party walls in order to achieve a vertical gap in the lot according to regulations. At the same time, it was sought to be able to obtain natural lighting and ventilation to the greater amount of surface of the east-north facade mainly.
The building is conceived as two "towers" joined together by an open circulation / corridor as an elevated sidewalk, eliminating the idea of a closed shield and entering the houses through an open space turned towards the vertical void, internal courtyard.
Each dwelling unit in the building, individual and unique, does not repeat distribution. Natural lighting and ventilation articulated with diverse spatial distributions make each unit have a unique character.
