The project is located at the head of the Veenweg, adjacent to the district Hoorn More. The triangular location is a transmission piece between the linear structure of the buckled and Paterswoldseweg-Veenweg wateras of the Hoorn More.
Are in terms of being 'different' live stimulated. We deliberately chose a cubic structure of the switching volumes, expand and 'Design' allows. A design grid of 7.2x7.2 meters that fuels it. Within this system eventually thirteen completely different homes created with unique floor plans. This individuality is balanced by an equal materialization of the facades.
A minimum and maximum building envelope defining the necessary urban quality and diversity in volume-building of homes. Important enough height along the edges of the location and the relationships between inside and outside. A good orientation and privacy of the home is combined with collective use and the joint experience of it.
