Located along the cost in the north of Trieste, the intervention takes place in an old hotel complex of the 1930's, transformed in a luxury residential complex.

The project is about the renovation of a penthouse of two last floors, with a big external terrace-solarium with a wonderful view on both the Trieste Gulf and the mountains of the Carso.

The intervention plan to use two materials: the wood and a natural plaster.
