In place of a 1950s settlement house, a spacious wooden villa was built. The architecture is comfortable and modern with an open room structure and an atrium inside.
The arrangement of the building, open to the garden side and more closed to the street side, creates a high quality of living. The cubic structure varies with inward and outward views, creating an interesting interplay between inside and outside.
