Villa Landscape

Inarchitects as Architects

Villa 'Landscape' Kerckebosch Zeist shows the properties of this typical heathland landscape. Landscape is home and home is landscape. In both the landscape as the house, the characteristics strengthened. The landscape stretches in the home, gets meaning and gives his qualities again in the plans and sections, the landscape as a departure, in this case the lounge / conversation pit.

The bedrooms are oriented to the east; morning is diffuse, by marginal slits inside. The living room has a direct relationship with the natural landscape. The kitchen has unobstructed views of both the moorland as the natural courtyard.

From the courtyard you can use the ramps, inside or outside, to the main bedroom or office. The outside area on the first level is a cultivated garden, it eludes the landscape. On this floor, in the extension of the master bedroom, there are expansion opportunities, without prejudice to the concept. According to the wishes of the buyers extra rooms here can be realized. The house, as shown, has a minimum surface area of 200 m2 and a maximum surface area of 275 m2. This house is completely absorbed in the beautiful countryside, and the landscape is all in the house.
