The villa is a rationalist work by the architect Pietro Lingeri, bound by cultural heritage. Therefore all the original finishes have been restored, the hydraulic and electrical systems have been adapted and modernized, but to maintain the charm of the time (for example in the choice of sanitary ware). The property rents it for short periods, therefore the ground floor has been destined to host wellness and relaxation areas.

Material Used :
1. Facade cladding: We restored the existing - stucco/plaster
2. Flooring: Marble mosaic (seminato) in the public spaces / larch parquet in the private rooms (fireplace room – old private dining room and bedrooms) 
3. Doors: Original, custom made (we changed only the handles) 
4. Windows: Original, custom made  (we changed only the glasses)
5. Roofing: Planking in fir and overturning in slate, Impresa edile Roberto Gerletti
6. Interior lighting: CD’C GABRIELE CODURI DE’ CARTOSIO for all newly supplied lamps
7. Interior furniture: Some are originals, some are custom made
