On a rectangular plot measuring 21x50 meters, 4 houses (9x18 meters each) will be built. With an urban front of just 21 metres, the houses will be developed laterally to the street and towards the depth of the lot. This orientation will allow all the openings of each house to face south, thus enjoying excellent sun exposure.

A common basement will be built for parking in individual garages. Above each garage will be developed the ground floor and the upper floor. The social areas were designed on the ground floor and the private areas on the upper floor.In terms of architectural language, it was decided to create porticoes on the main elevation, facing south, in order to create a more intense shadow / light relationship and at the same time create an intermediate plane between exterior and interior that will influence the privacy of each house.

The construction will be carried out in exposed concrete with formwork in vertical wooden planks. The glass planes will be total since the houses will only have light coming from the south.
