The building has a basement, ground floor and floor, built in reinforced concrete and metal structure. The elevations feature micro-profiled sandwich panels in anthracite color and a white composite panel for the flap. On the urban front, we present a fully glazed facade in contrast to the facades covered in micro-profiled sheet metal. The canopy, with a projection of 5 meters, shelters and protects the entrance and projects the entire building towards the urban front.

In a contemporary approach, an architectural language was sought that differentiated from the industrial surroundings.
