The house has been made with sustainable materials and biotechnology. The coatings are in thermal treated larch, as well as the windows.
The interior coverings are of fir recovery, the floors are in oxidized oak, the bathrooms are in bio cement resin.
The roof is made of black zinc titanium alloy, all this gives a monochrome impact to the building’s volume.
Memory uses the rational forms of northern European farms. The building is located on the garden and is located only on the ground floor with a mezzanine used as a relaxation area.
The plants are green, with heat pump for hot water production and cooling and with internal recirculation system and recovered heat.
The energy class of the house is in class A4
