Overlooking Lake Como and surrounded by mountains, two three-story units are located here, complete with relaxation areas, a gym, laundry room, garage, and a large shared pool.
The two units were conceived and designed with mid-range products, maintaining a clean, minimalist style and monochromatic colors, playing with unique details such as accessories, cushions, and paintings.
The project emphasizes materiality, starting with the oak interior flooring and the brushed flamed Luserna exterior, used for the common areas of the two homes and the pool.
The lighting fixtures, both inside and out, were designed with a black finish to provide contrast with the predominant gray flooring and the neutral colors of the furnishings. The brand used is Pan Lighting.
In the outdoor spaces, the furnishings are by Pedrali and the rugs by Tisca. The anthracite-colored windows and doors were designed by a local company.
