The design is composed of clean volumes finished in natural travertine, creating a cohesive and sculptural whole. The façades remain closed to the street and open generously towards the garden, ensuring privacy and tranquility.

The arrangement of the volumes and the material palette create dynamic contrasts of light, shadow, and texture. Expansive glass openings allow daylight to flood the interior and seamlessly connect inside and out.
