What was the brief?
A charming early 20th century house in need of some repairs and general refreshment. By keeping the classic style, with some contemporary fittings, in the kitchen and bathroom for example, the house is ready for a few more decades.
What were the key challenges?
The house was really old looking, and didn’t really been upgraded since it’s construction. We needed to change all the interior, change all the windows and create a big bay window for the brightness.
What materials did you choose and why?
As usual, we have chosen to use noble materials, wood, granite, aluminium, in order to guarantee a long durability and longevity.
