Landau + Kindelbacher were commissioned to provide the interior design of a villa in the exclusive Villa Eden Ensemble in Gardone by Lake Garda. The location of the villa in a mature olive grove along the ridge made it possible to construct a central terraced landscape with pool. In sympathy with the expressive architecture, the interior design reflects the elegance and exclusiveness of the location with summery design. The range of colours, with their rich contrasts, is influenced by traditional stimuli: the aquamarine of Lake Garda, the painted timbers of the elegant Riva boats as well as the lemon-yellow touches from the surrounding lemon orchards.
Since the end of the 19 th Century, Gardone has been one of the most exclusive places on Lake Garda. The luxury resort “Villa Eden – Gardone”, designed by international star architects, consists of several villas, each of which is unique, plus a 6-star clubhouse with a high-quality restaurant.
