Located near the Sierra Calderona in Valencia, Villa Zytrus is a newly constructed luxury single-family home with 715m2 of living space spread across three floors. The design of the house was inspired by the trapezoidal shape of the plot, with the idea of dividing it into blocks to create open and light-filled spaces. The villa has two main areas and a central connecting block, which allows the north view of the plot to be open to the garden thanks to an inverted cone arrangement.

At the main entrance of the house, located to the north, you will find typical Mediterranean trees such as pines and fruit trees. The facade of the house is constructed with large format stone and porcelain walls, finished in wood and large windows that offer an impressive view of the natural surroundings.
