Villanueva, our latest residential interior design project in Madrid, is a testament to five years of experience in designing residential projects in Spain. With 213 m2 and three bedrooms, this apartment was conceived as a sanctuary that seamlessly combines a bar, living room, and dining area overlooking Retiro Park, prioritizing comfort and versatility.

The design stands out for its fusion of art, featuring bespoke pieces by Aythamy Armas and bullfighting elements chosen by the client. Materials were carefully selected to create a warm atmosphere, with fewer than 10 materials chosen to maintain a serene ambiance throughout the home.

Strategically placed mirrors throughout the apartment visually expand the space, and sunscreens in the bathrooms contribute to a unique sensation.

This project is a masterpiece that balances aesthetics with functionality, creating an elegant and tranquil retreat in Madrid.
