Due to the south east orientated steep hill estate the four one family dwellings were placed within the Förenwoods to generate a maximum view and use of sunlight as well as the needed intimacy.
As a consequence of the hillside situation the main entrances are located in the souterrain as well as the side entrances to the garages. The soutterrain locates all service and technical rooms as well as relatively large living rooms which can be used as autonomous flats and have direct connections to the hillside located terraces.
Ground floors are used as living rooms, upper floors as sleeping rooms. To highlight the charming surrounding the flat roofs have an additional atelier room. All levels are connected with an elevator. East-, north- and west facades are relatively closed whereas the south side consists of spacious balconies and terraces.
The straight and cautious cubatures are made out of reinforced concrete with upgraded insulation and a warm roof. Only the top atelier rooms are made out of a timber construction.
