PPT Interiorismo Turns 45 m² into the Dream Apartment: A Masterclass in Transforming Limits into Possibilities

Is a small apartment synonymous with giving up comfort, luxury, or personality? For PPT Interiorismo, it's the perfect opportunity to demonstrate its artistry. The studio presents its latest residential project: the radical transformation of a 45 m² apartment into an expansive, functional habitat of high aesthetic value. This case is not merely a design exercise; it is tangible proof that we can materialize any client's vision of home, no matter how complex the starting space.

The client's challenge was clear: they needed a home that didn't feel small. PPT Interiorismo's solution was meticulous, no-compromise planning where every centimeter gains a purpose. Hallways disappear to become dressing rooms, every corner houses smart storage, and cozy work zones are created. "We have abolished the concept of 'wasted space,' demonstrating that physical limitation does not imply a limitation in the experience of living."

A Palette of Materials in Dialogue and Harmony

The project stands out for its careful selection of materials that coexist harmoniously, creating a coherent and sophisticated visual narrative. Large-format porcelain flooring provides continuity and brightness, while contrasting with the warmth of the wooden kitchen. Bespoke designer furniture is complemented by copper details (faucets, handles, and decorative elements) that act as a unifying golden thread.

In the bathroom, the spotlight falls on pink-veined marble, creating a space of character and serenity.

An Architectural Success: Fluid Light

One of the most celebrated gestures in the project was the incorporation of two windows in the bedroom headboard, which adjoins the living room. This intervention not only enhances the sense of spaciousness in both areas but also allows natural light to flow freely throughout the home. Privacy is regulated by wooden Venetian blinds, which also dress and perfectly match the wardrobes and the headboard itself, reinforcing the design unity.
