The real flair of a designer lies in shaping up small spaces adequately to get the most out of them. At VRAJ NIWAS, where the Available plot area was just 1280Sq.Ft., every nook and corner depicts the concept of "Zero Wastage of Space". This attempt to achieve this was made through designing minimal yet aesthetic furniture elements followed by a subtle colour scheme which helped to make the spaces appear visually bigger.

The entrance Foyer acts as a vista to the Living Room blended along with the Dining space topped off with mild colours and necessary Artefacts to give a sense of Serenity during each Visit. The Master Bedroom at VRAJ NIWAS showcases a Balancing Play of Wood and White with Consciously Exhibited Evocative forms and Visually- Floating elements in Furniture with added Luminance which Enhances the Beauty of the Space.

One of the Son's Bedroom features a Monochromatic Colour Palette with an Impactful Contrast of Wood which creates a sense of Functional Segregation within the space and acts as a Frontier to the Volume of the Room whereas the other one on the second floor shows a homogeneous blend of olive green fabric with wooden finish of antique green polish resulting into sense of peace.

The second floor also holds a Multimedia- Entertainment room which flaunts Modern- Bold coloured pieces of furniture with a Backdrop of Calm Greys Encompassed with Stripes of Wood. The space also Takes- In a Compact Bar and the room spills over to an Artificial Terrace Garden which Compliments the colour scheme inside, with its prominent shade of Terracotta. Fun Fact: This room can also be used as a Guest Room if needed, for the sofa is a Sofacum- Bed and it also incorporates a compact Pantry and a Washroom resulting into Effective Utilisation of the Available Space.
