An icon for Sri Lanka, Waterfront is the first project of its kind in the capital city of Colombo. Situated in a premier location of the city, the scheme includes a 6 star hotel, apartment blocks, large retail centre, office buildings and car parks. It is a city within a city.

Balmond Studio is responsible for a full service of architecture, engineering, cost-control, project management and site supervision, as well as the interior design of all public spaces.

Work began on the site in March 2014 and will be complete in 2018.
