Along Bändlistrasse and the Grünauring, seven prismatically designed residential buildings are ordered in a rhythmic way to create a varied beat that alternates between filled and open spaces. The open structure is interwoven with the wide green areas to the north and the plots of the quarter structure to the south. As is appropriate for the public character of the estate, all 152 apartments are situated on the upper floors. In addition to a food wholesaler, a bistro and a small office area, there is a comprehensive care service for the many children living on the new estate. Just as the urban planning figure is interwoven into the neighbouring quarters, so do the large linear loggias create a strong relationship between the interior and exterior areas.
