Zapadnaya dolina

The first phase of construction of the village "Zapadnaya dolina" consists of private residents organized into four streets with recreational area along the river Neznayka. This area divided into estates, which areas are coming bigger from main road to the river, starting from 6 acres to 10 acres, so along the main road compact house are situted (100-140 m2), and the largest ones (200-230 m2) are near the river with recreation area. There are 8 different types of buildings. Two residents are connected by one parking shed. Also each house has indoor and outdoor guest parking. Location of residents depends on type of building and size of estate. All estates surrounded by wooden fences 2 or 1 meters heigh. Streets and residents areas are separated from each other by decorative fence and mailboxes. Color design of fences and mailboxes depends on four streets by four colors (red, blue, green and purple), and the recreational area's fence is colored in yellow, this design navigates visitors in this village. Recreational area is located along the river Neznayka and has a natural-look landscape with project elements. Main compositional elements are the Bridge-Boulevard upon the bends of the river and walking alley along natural slope. Nature of the park is represented by the existing plantations of alders, planting weeping willows and ornamental lawns. The park has a children's and sports grounds.
