Zurich Italia and Zurich Bank’s 7,000-square-metre Milan headquarters transforms a historic building at Via Santa Margherita 11 into a fully adaptable, future-ready workspace. Working with the existing structure rather than replacing it, an organic interior language of curvilinear forms, fluid flooring, and biophilic elements moves through all ten levels in deliberate response to the building’s classical fabric.

Nature is the central design reference: aquatic forms, sand dune textures, a courtyard green sanctuary, and natural light treated as a primary building material shape the spatial and sensory experience throughout.
