Raulino Silva Arquitecto

Raulino Silva is an architect from Escola Superior Artística do Porto, and was born in Vila do Conde, in 1981, where he works and lives. His work, particularly on the housing theme, has been shown in several exhibitions, standouts include the "Shine Exhibition", at the Big Design Festival Ljubljana, the “Best International Houses”, at Platform Architecture and Design in Venice and the Europe 40 Under 40 Awards from The European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, in Athens. His works are published in some major architecture books and magazines such as “A House with a Pool” and "The New Minimalist Style" by Loft Publications, "International Panorama Vol. 2" by The Plan Magazine, "Contemporary Architecture" by Braun Publishing, "Raulino Silva - Portuguese Architect" by Uzina Books, “Influencers Architecture” by Óscar Asensio and "Raulino Silva" on Archinews 57. He took part as a speaker at The Plan Magazine's Perspective Europe Forum, in Italy, at Pecha Kucha Night in Porto and Lisbon, and was invited to present his projects at “Arquitectura Avanzada” in Mexico, at the Big Design Festival Ljubljana, in Slovenia, in the Architecture Seminar at the Escola Superior Artística do Porto and recently at the Museu da Arte Nova, in Aveiro. In recent years, it has been a juror at some international competitions and awards, including the Uni platform, Bee Breeders, Young Architects Competitions, "Rethinking The Future Awards 2021", Forma 2022 Award and Espaço Award 2023 and 2024.
