We present our latest project to open a dental clinic in Fuenlabrada. This establishment of approximately 90 m², has been designed to optimize three dental surgery offices, a reception, waiting room, sterilization, storage and an accessible toilet. The facility is located on a corner and allows the entry of abundant natural light in all its spaces. The use of glass partitions and vertical wooden battens provides privacy, filters the views and enhances the luminosity and spaciousness.

Materials that transmit calm

We have opted for a reduced material palette, which results in a feeling of cleanliness and minimalism. A continuous roll vinyl flooring has been chosen for the floor, while the wall covering features an elegant oak wood. The color white predominates in paint and furniture and contributes to the perception of calm and order that we seek to convey.

We place special emphasis on the patient experience, from the first impression they receive when they are looking at the clinic from the street, to their arrival at the reception space, the waiting room (a welcoming and open place), and, finally, the access to the dental surgery room through the wood dividers. In addition, the surgery rooms communicate through the back sliding doors, facilitating the workflow of doctors and assistants. These spaces have been designed with maximum ergonomics, ensuring that the work area, located in front of the dental chair, complies with the recommended distances.

Integral management

In this dental clinic project, we have comprehensively managed each stage, ranging from the initial conception, interior design, licensing processing, to carrying out construction work. In collaboration with our graphic design partners, we have created a coherent visual identity for the clinic, ensuring both, the space and all communication elements, maintain a visual cohesion that speaks the same language.
