Design and durability. Glidewell Laboratories, an industry-leading provider of high-quality products and services to dental professionals, takes great pride in its research and development department and their innovative advances for the dental industry. Established in 1970, Glidewell has grown exponentially along with this dynamic industry. The company’s leaders realized that their growing staff and operations required more space at its Orange County, California headquarters. They selected a huge mezzanine and decided to build out offi ce, conference and lab space to meet their needs.
Create
Color and style flexibility. The new, versatile space has solid patterns with pops of color selected to fit the company’s brand. When it came to selecting flooring materials for this huge space where the company’s crucial R&D takes place, Marcia Fiallo Cattani, CID, Senior Designer, Facilities, at Glidewell and her colleagues considered multiple factors: design, color, durability and maintenance. To fit their needs the team selected Patcraft’s Stratified+ resilient in Shale, and modular carpet tile from Patcraft’s Material Paradox collection.
Transform
Transform working. The company has expanded over the years to meet the demand for state-of-the-art products with the highest levels of performance – which also brought the need for a large area to allow for expansion. Flooring from Patcraft provided the durability, versatility and aesthetics needed to transform a mezzanine into functional professional space.
