The Kerala House is a luxury private residence located in India, Kerala. The client had some very stringent demands that allowed the CAS design team very limited amount of freedom with the overall design. The client’s brief dictated most of the color and material palate – which was basically a mix of luxurious neo-classical style articulated in gold and wooden features. Since only the dining room, living area and the courtyard were to be refurbished, the team went to work and came up with an elegant, rich and sophisticated design that captured the client’s personal aesthetic with a uniquely contemporary flair that is a signature of all CAS designs. The interior design of these spaces turned out to be truly inspiring – featuring dim, gold undertones, luxurious material finishes and trendy furniture. This project highlights the best design components and gives off a discreet yet sumptuous vibe!
