The Gardens at the Signature ZEN GARDEN Residences

As an ideological and spatial extension of his Zen Garden residential project, architect Svetozar Andreev has designed a series of private gardens for the entrance area. The gardens serve as an organic component of the architectural ensemble, acting as a threshold between the dynamic rhythm of the metropolis and the intimate, oasis-like atmosphere of the residence in the historical center of St. Petersburg. © 2026 Svetozar Andreev © 2026 Svetozar Andreev © 2026 Svetozar Andreev © 2026 Svetozar Andreev The composition centers around evergreen greenhouses, while the interplay of materials evokes the relaxing atmosphere of a high-end resort. Omni Royal Orleans

Omni Royal Orleans is a historic hotel and one of the French Quarter's most storied destinations, dating back to 1843 when it first opened its doors as a grand hotel with high energy ballrooms and sweeping interiors. Many generations later, the building weathered war, decline, and revival, once even serving as a military hospital during the Civil War. It sat shuttered for decades, and eventually underwent a mid-century restoration that returned it to its original grandeur. Today it remains part of a national historic hotel preservation program, its architecture still woven into the fabric of New Orleans hospitality.  Caption Caption When ownership set out on a comprehensive renovation of the hotel's 37,500 square fee... Four Seasons Hotel Lobby, Vietnam

Designed for the new Four Seasons hotel in Vietnam, this 820 m² lobby transforms the traditional hotel arrival into an immersive spatial experience. Conceived as a sequence of interconnected environments rather than a single reception hall, the project blurs the boundaries between architecture, art, and hospitality, creating a space that unfolds gradually as guests move through it. Caption Caption The concept originated from an unexpected reference: the sculptural elegance of haute couture. Inspired by the layered composition of Christian Dior's iconic Junon gown, the design translates the principles of rhythm, movement, and craftsmanship into architecture. Instead of interpreting fashion literally, the project borrows its s... More

Hotel in Karpacz

The Mövenpick brand debuted on the Polish market with a resort-style, mountain-themed object – true to its Swiss origins. The interior design of the five-star hotel, created by the MIXD studio, is a manifestation of harmony between modern hospitality, mountain nature, and regional traditions. Muted colours, slightly rough stone, wood, and natural fabric weaves create an atmosphere of calm and a touch of raw, restrained elegance.     Migdał Studio Migdał Studio Although it may be hard to believe today, the town at the foot of Śnieżka was founded in the 12th century as a… gold prospectors’ settlement.
