LSE Robeson House

Robeson House is a landmark, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme developed for the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Milliners Yard

Milliners Yard is a purpose-built, 11-storey residential development for the build-to-rent (BTR) market from Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Comprised of 258 modern apartments, the scheme, on London Road in Liverpool, sits at the heart of the city’s historic Fabric District. The area was once a bustling centre for millinery and textile warehouses and is now undergoing major regeneration, with the ambition to become a vibrant new cultural quarter. Wembley Parade

Sited on the edge of Brent’s Wembley Estate Opportunity Area, GRID Architects have designed and delivered Wembley Parade for Anthology, part of Lifestory.  © Jack Hobhouse The striking curved forms provide 192 new homes across a range of tenures and typologies, set within beautiful communal gardens that trace the edge of the nearby Wealdstone Brook. Wembley Parade contributes to an area that is developing into a great place to live and work, knitting into the London Borough of Brent’s strategic regeneration proposals. BARRIO W

A brutalist concept with an urban style using raw and exposed materials, with touches of color inspired by the streets and corners of the Brooklyn neighborhood in NY, materializes in the amenity areas that we designed and constructed for Barrio W, a mixed-use complex in the city center of Monterrey, Mexico. SpaceInvader was commissioned by Aviva Investors to refurbish the central area of an existing mixed workspace at 201 Deansgate in central Manchester. Built on a former Quaker Burial site, the 6-storey modernist building at 201 Deansgate, which was constructed in 1997, sits on one of Manchester’s most vibrant and diverse thoroughfares in an important commercial location that can be easily accessed from surrounding prime retail, civic and legal community districts. Brooke House

Brooke House, a new residential development by GRID architects, has completed in Acton, west London, delivering 102 100% affordable homes for women on behalf of Women’s Pioneer Housing (WPH) in partnership with L&Q. The 15-storey building replaces an outdated estate of 39 flats with a significantly expanded and future-facing housing offer, tailored to the needs of single women in London. The project’s name also reflects this legacy. Previously known as Brook House, it was renamed Brooke House in a subtle reference to Emma Brooke, the 19th-century novelist and campaigner for women’s and workers’ rights. Enigma Square

Interior design practice 74 has harmonised three different inspirational strands in its designs for the new amenity spaces at Grainger plc’s Enigma Square in Milton Keynes. Enigma Square is a new, £63m, BTR residential scheme from Grainger, the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, and encompasses 261 purpose-designed rental homes in a central Milton Keynes development on a site that once housed a YMCA. Designers SpaceInvader have completed the 540 sq m ground floor amenity space for Novella, a new-build residential development on Stanley Street in Salford, facing directly onto the River Irwell and located within the vibrant new riverside district of New Bailey. The scheme has been created by client The English Cities Fund (ECF) - a strategic partnership between national developer Muse, Legal & General and Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency - and forms part of ECF’s £1bn, 50-acre Salford Central regeneration. Manchester-based architects and interior designers 74 have created the new 355 sq m ground-floor social and study amenity space within The Toybox, a new-build, 15-storey student accommodation block by architects Corstorphine + Wright, located on Bishopsgate Street in Birmingham.
