Penthouse and super-penthouse on the sixth and seventh floors in a prestigious condominium in the center of Seregno from the early 70s of the last century. The large windows on each side of the building open onto the numerous terraces, offering a panoramic view of the city and the Alpine arc.

Kurti 50A – new apartment building in Leipzig
The property is located in the south of Leipzig, a district characterized by housings out of the late 19th and early 20th century. The district is structured by a main street axis, which stretches from the center to the south auf the city with numerous bars, cafés and stores. The Kurt-Eisner-Street is crossing that main street and functions as an important link between the western and eastern districts. The residential buildings at Kurt-Eisner-Street 50, a six-storey building in the front and a five-storey building in the courtyard, were built in 1889. PH Boris is the transformation of a classic residential typology in Buenos Aires. This architecture, very common in the city, was characterized by solving a set of housing units that share the same land and access. Each one of them gained natural ventilation and lighting through internal patios while its rooms were defined by fragmented spaces. The design proposal aims to rethink these characteristics as an opportunity to create a central space that would improve the versatility of the environments.

Until 1999, Via Longo 1 was the Bergamo headquarters of Archos Studio. Spread across three floors, the building featured a small inner courtyard, a spacious open space on the first floor filled with drafting tables, achieved by demolishing all interior walls. It also included a room for photocopying machines, an archive/library, the architect's private studio, a bathroom, and a large attic illuminated by two large skylights. Two terraces, one overlooking the Sanctuary Square and the other overlooking a large park, completed the architectural atelier.

This 4 bhk apartment interiors is an example of simple, minimalistic, and soothing yet elegant timeless interiors. The Client is a well-renowned doctor of Gujarat and reflecting the family’s lifestyle, their brief was for a “minimal, warm, clutter-free and a well-lit home. Thus, they approached us with the expectation of designing their house adorned with quiet and soothing interiors that calm the mind of the user. Considering the simplicity in mind, we have played with the shades of greys and browns to create an overall ambience in the house.
