A three-room apartment with an area of 76 sq.m is located in the center of Kyiv, in a house built in 1980, built according to a special project. The designer's arsenal included ceilings 2.7 meters high, a large corridor and a miniature kitchen.

The apartment is conditionally divided into a public area and a private block. The first part consists of a living room, a tiny kitchen and a corridor, which were combined in the process of redevelopment. The private part of the apartment - the master bedroom and the children's room - was isolated, and the toilet and bathroom were combined into one bathroom. Now, instead of a wall, the space is divided by a wardrobe, on the back of which there is a TV mount and a console cabinet.

Customers rarely cook at home, so a compact kitchen equipped with everything you need is enough for them. For convenience, part of the kitchen appliances were taken out in a column into the living room, and a washing machine was immediately built in, which did not have enough space in the bathroom.

The largest room with irregular geometry was given over to the nursery. Built-in cabinet furniture with an Ikea crib integrated into the design was made according to Maria's sketches. The wallpaper was also created to order according to the sketches of the designer, the manufacturer is the Ukrainian brand TheO.
