The need of the Client was to completely renovate a panoramic apartment, located inside a building of the 60s located in the city center.
Starting from the repositioning of the interior spaces, DAIR Architects has met the needs of customers, interested in a large open-plan living area with open kitchen, but hidden from the entrance.
The complete renovation of the plants was the starting point of the construction site, as well as the integration of the ducted air conditioning system.
The latter is present in all rooms, but is concealed by thin cracks in the ceiling.
The study of materials and lighting, cost planning and manufacturing steps, together with the realization of several moodboards developed with the client, allowed the realization of the turnkey apartment in a few months.
