Reminiscing the days when a lack of options for furniture pieces led to the establishment of their design studio ‘The Works Interiors’, the designer duo at TWI, Raj and Devika Khosla, manifest their new home as an extension of their personalities and choices. The new Sandnes Town Hall looks stunning in its environment and with its architecture. The design scheme for #lighting the building considered an active illumination and a warm and pleasant experience, where ILO fixtures with specifically set direct and indirect light distribution were installed across office workplace as well as in the large stairwell in the center of the building. The luminaires are equipped with Active+ sensor from Helvar with daylight harvesting and presence detection functionality, enabling an automatic adjustment of the amount of light according to brightness, daylight and presence in the room. Project for FragtalTower has been made as a complex composed of four towers with totally 96 regular floors and 2-storied as a shopping center at ground level. Floor height is 3.60 m.  Total height is about 380 meters. This is the minimum height which is necessary so that the proportions of the buiilding are maintained. Alternatively, the building has been devised as a complex composed of 144 regular floors and 2-storied shopping center at ground level, with a total height of 545 meters. Developed, designed and built by Hybrid, the home is located on a steep hillside looking through a canopy of trees to territorial views. The defining feature of the house is the over-sized central staircase that follows the grade down the hill, connecting living spaces both vertically and horizontally. More

Diba Commercial Building, designed by Studio Eiraji (Javad Eiraji and Nilufar Rezaei), is the name of the project which was suggested by the board of directors of Diba commercial building. This building was designed in the heart of the city and near old bazar of Tehran. The main purpose on this project was façade design and new suggestions for the old building. At the centre of Goodlands are large swathes of reserved forest lands, the fringes of which are occupied by sprawling family residences, far removed from the frenetic rush of denser developments close to the periphery. Daarbast Café is about 376 square meters. The main goal of its interior design is creating social interaction among people. The possibility for establishing other branches of the café in future was considered in order to fulfill the owner’s request. Scaffolds are used as the main structure of design which grants an identity to the space. A part of the exterior wall is destroyed to benefit from sun light and natural views. The scaffold provided the context in which we could increase the area of the space and create visual transparency. Implementing the scaffolds not only impose low budget to the project but also create the possibility of various decoration fashions.
