The new residential development at Bytorvet in Tølløse comprises the construction of eight new apartments, centrally located in the heart of Tølløse. The project contributes to the densification of the area with modern housing that integrates into the existing urban structure along Jernbanevej. The development is designed as a unified, elongated building volume of up to two storeys with an attic level, reaching a maximum height of 12 metres. The pitched roof runs parallel to the street, while the façades are constructed in red brick with red roof tiles. Casa BAB is a group of four urban patio houses developed across adjoining 10 × 20 metre plots in San Rafael, Mendoza. Rather than treating each residence as an independent object, atelier industrial established a common architectural and construction system that accommodates different ways of living through variation within a repeated framework. A limited material palette supports this approach. Concrete columns and beams, prefabricated slabs, and brick walls form the primary construction system.
