Villa Gantiadi is a single-family residence situated on a picturesque rocky slope along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, in close proximity to the shoreline. The house is designed entirely below street level—a deliberate architectural decision that preserves uninterrupted sea views, protects the existing vegetation, and allows the building to merge harmoniously with the natural terrain. A contemporary house project, designed with natural materials and situated at the foothills of the mountainVitosha The main architectural highlight is the roof — a thin, strongly cantilevered slab with pronounced horizontality, creating a sense of a ‘floating’ volume and visually lightening the massive stone elements. The deep overhang serves both aesthetic and functional purposes, providing passive solar shading and control of natural light. The living room's high ceilings, clerestory windows and wood ceilings create a bright, warm and spacious atmosphere. ​ Because the homeowners love having guests, we designed an open flow between gathering spaces and outdoor areas. AGUA is a private residence conceived as a sequence of pure volumes, controlled perspectives and changing light conditions. The entrance is deliberately concealed from the street and reached through a long, narrow passage protected by a large masonry screen. The path gradually reveals the house and culminates in a large glazed entrance. Living In the heart of the historic village of Castiglion Fiorentino, Consolazione House takes shape through the transformation of an apartment steeped in layers of domestic history—the classic “grandmother’s house”—into a contemporary space designed for the life of a young couple. The design operates through subtraction and continuity: the spaces open up, natural light becomes a design element, while existing features interact with new geometries and clean lines. Villa S is a private residence designed by A3H Atelier d'Architecture, where contemporary lines meet the warmth of natural materials. The composition is defined by cantilevered volumes clad in thermo-treated wood slats, deep charcoal stone panels and frameless glass balustrades — a facade that filters light throughout the day and turns golden at dusk. The heart of the project is the seamless dialogue between inside and outside. Midtown Jerusalem occupies a pivotal site along Jaffa Road, the historic route connecting Jerusalem to Jaffa. The project is located on the former grounds of the landmark Shaare Zedek Hospital, a significant civic monument among several historic buildings along this urban corridor. Lecture Hall Building and Logistics LaboratoryThe two neighboring buildings complete the historic nucleus of the Geisenheim University of Applied Sciences, which emerged from the former Royal Prussian Institute for Fruit and Wine Growing, founded in 1872. Today, the next generation of winemakers is trained here in theory and practice.
