The main architectural highlight is the roof — a thin, strongly cantilevered slab with pronounced horizontality, creating a sense of a ‘floating’ volume and visually lightening the massive stone elements. The deep overhang serves both aesthetic and functional purposes, providing passive solar shading and control of natural light. The underside of the roof is clad in wood, softening the silhouette and extending the interior materiality to the exterior.

The façade combines horizontally laid natural stone, timber cladding, and full-height glazing with structural timber profiles. The stone volumes lend stability and sculptural expression to the composition, while the transparent zones frame the landscape and blur the boundary between interior and exterior spaces. The material palette is natural—stone, wood, and glass in a balanced dialogue that emphasizes the calmness, scale, and inherent character of the setting.

The interior is designed in a contemporary minimalist style, with an emphasis on natural materiality and a strong visual connection to the landscape. The flooring is composed of wide-plank oak parquet in a warm natural tone, creating a continuous horizontal base throughout the space. The kitchen is positioned to ensure maximum transparency and uninterrupted visual contact with the surrounding greenery. The color palette is based on earthy and neutral tones—warm wood hues, stone grey, and stainless steel. The interior functions as an extension of the natural context, where materials, light, and proportions operate in harmony with the landscape.
