The project for the new Merama headquarters involves the renovation of two floors in a commercial building on Avenida Paulista. Due to the size and the urgency to occupy the new space by the employees, the project was divided into 3 PHASES. Hugo Chinaglia Hugo Chinaglia PHASE 01 consists of the renovation of the entire upper floor of the complex, which serves as the main entrance to the headquarters. On this floor, there were several meeting rooms and a reception area. The idea was to make a significant impact in the reception area with the brand's identity. The M8 office building (Mühldorfstrasse 8) is located in the east of Munich on the edge of the dynamic Werksviertel. Its location in the second row to Friedenstrasse and the uniform postmodern architecture close to the the site, the new building represents a striking counterpoint. The cityscape of Braunschweig is shaped by an impressive office complex belonging to the ARTmax property management company. The transformation of the old industrial building into the modern ARTmax House 5 was carried out by the architectural office SABI Architekten. They planned with rounded Aluform sidings in a special color for the facade of the upper floors. The Shahav Tower is situated in a prime location, between 2 highways and in close proximity to the bus terminal and train station of Kfar Saba, central Israel. The tower consists of a ground floor dedicated to commercial use and 20 floors of office space. In order to maximize the commercial area of the ground floor the first floor was enlarged, allowing the creation of an external area for the restaurants, offering a shaded open space.One of the main objectives of the project was to follow a tight schedule, and complete the project in a short period of time, in 1.5 years.
