Situated in the city center of Tours, the dental laboratory undergoing transformation is a space with diverse and fragmented features. It encompasses multiple buildings constructed during different periods, resulting in a variety of architectural characteristics. Leveraging this diversity, the conversion into offices aims to provide a range of working environments. The SFDA.lab addresses the needs of a school group by designing a cafeteria space that allows students to dine informally outside of the school restaurant's regular hours. The project is envisioned as a versatile space that not only serves as a cafeteria but also introduces new functionalities to the school group. A low-income housing project created by the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians in downtown Minneapolis, MN.  The six-story building holds 10 studio apartments, 15 one-bedrooms, 55 two-bedrooms, and 30 three-bedrooms. The first floor houses both the Red Lake Nation Embassy and the Mino-Bimaadiziwin Wellness clinic. More

Set against the enticing Kannamally backwaters in Kumbalangi, within the sprawling 89 cents of land, the beautiful residence is a picture painted right out of a dreamscape. The project restored and converted a 1950’s building into a restaurant bar with banquets rooms, staff accommodation and a garden with aromatic herbs. The main restaurant room and a small servery are located at street level. Façades were reshaped with wider openings, in order to allow for more transparency and a better panoramic seaview .Fabric awnings projecting out of the external envelope are dynamic elements that emphasize again the lightness of the new structure and make the building look as a vessel ready to sail. The redevelopment of the building, with the entrance from Corso di Porta Romana 19 within the historical center of Milan, represents an innovation for the way of approach and the design sensitivity, making a perfect synthesis between historical tradition and contemporary design. The intervention completely renews the building by creating a new glass roof in a contemporary language, harmoniously fitting into the historical context and respecting the architecture of the building underneath.
