A low-income housing project created by the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians in downtown Minneapolis, MN.  The six-story building holds 10 studio apartments, 15 one-bedrooms, 55 two-bedrooms, and 30 three-bedrooms. The first floor houses both the Red Lake Nation Embassy and the Mino-Bimaadiziwin Wellness clinic.
