Refah Bank

The project focused on designing a model facade for Refah Kargaran Bank branches that can be used across different parts of the city, despite the varying scales and sizes of the branches. The initial design idea revolved around a frame that covers the entire facade of the bank. The frames are structured to be stepped, forming three continuous surfaces that can be moved wherever required to accommodate the entrance and ATM spaces, regardless of their location on the facade. If the entrance and ATM are too close to each other, they can collide to minimize shell crowding in one section. The entrance space and ATM are designed to invite passers-by to a larger space, highlighting the change in the hierarchy of the surfaces. Caption Capti... More

Tat Bank

In the design of Tat Bank in Fereshteh Street, shade blades are considered that enter the interior space from the outside of the building. Building connection and gaining trust are the base in creating any kind of relationship, private or professional. Both often overlap, without clear boundaries as the connection deepens. To build a successful relationship, getting to know your business partner in person is essential. A personal approach and face-to-face meetings are major key points in maintaining a quality relationship. Showing appreciation for heritage is an additional, deeply appreciated detail. Caption Caption We focused on getting to know both the Zagreb and Turkish ways of creating and nurturing business relationships, resulting in a concept that encourages face-to-face banking and brings a human note to the cold, bureaucratic banking system. Sparkasse Bremen

DMAA’s design for the new headquarters of Sparkasse Bremen emerged from an invited competition for the development of a site, which is close to Bremen University – at the junction between Universitätsallee and the motorway access road – and offered few clues to designers regarding the shaping of the urban context and the building morphology. Piet Niemann The seemingly reserved, standalone building volume defines the location through the inviting gesture of its transparent base, which opens to its surroundings on three sides in the form of full-height glazing. The building makes a major contribution to the improvement of the adjacent open spaces as well as becoming an urban meeting place in itself, thanks to its... More

Custom specialty millwork for bank transactions was also designed to further enhance the bank customer’s experience. Frost Bank Regional Headquarters

This new five-story regional headquarters building and retail bank occupies a prominent location just west of Corpus Christi Bay–a significant addition to Shoreline Boulevard heading north into the downtown area. The basic massing composition of the project consists of an elegantly-proportioned and detailed metal and glass office block, raised on columns to evoke the sense that it is floating above the surrounding landscape. This block is open to the north, east, and south to maximize views to downtown and across the expanse of the bay. Bold, solid masses located on the west side visually anchor the building, and a transparent, open, and welcoming vertical stair is carefully placed on the northwest side to mark the primary entrance....
