Located within the block defined by Avenida Bem-te-vi and Arapapi and Arapanés streets, Bem Moema is a mixed-use development that articulates precise architectural solutions for complex urban and programmatic contexts. The project emerged from the need to reconcile an extensive program — combining residential units, office suites and ground-floor retail — within a consolidated urban fabric. The adopted strategy divided the complex into three complementary sectors, organizing uses while enhancing its relationship with the surrounding city. Located in one of the city’s most leafy neighborhoods, the Arte Concreta building offers a fresh perspective on the relationship between architecture and landscape. The project, composed of a residential tower and situated in Jardins, is structured by two volumes rotated 45 degrees, organizing the interior spaces to enhance natural lighting and cross ventilation in the units. This volumetric configuration, which solves the corner site implantation, also creates unique views for residents while expanding the visual connection with the green area of the Jardins neighborhood. In the period since opening, Arvest at Ledger has continued to redefine the modern workplace as a hybrid-ready, future-forward headquarters. Designed by New York–based architecture and design studio Callaghan Horiuchi, the project reflects Arvest’s shift from a traditional brick-and-mortar institution to a technology-driven organisation.
