Located in one of the city’s most leafy neighborhoods, the Arte Concreta building offers a fresh perspective on the relationship between architecture and landscape. The project, composed of a residential tower and situated in Jardins, is structured by two volumes rotated 45 degrees, organizing the interior spaces to enhance natural lighting and cross ventilation in the units.
This volumetric configuration, which solves the corner site implantation, also creates unique views for residents while expanding the visual connection with the green area of the Jardins neighborhood.
The 340 m² apartments feature an internal garden as a key element, promoting spatial integration between intimate and social areas, divided by the two rotated blocks. The generous balconies, equipped with planters, extend the greenery experience into the units, while fixed and movable brises ensure solar control and add dynamism to the façade.
At the ground level, the architecture prioritizes urban permeability, creating an open, fluid space that relates to the city. This relationship is also reflected in the materiality of Arte Concreta, which expresses its contemporary identity through the combination of exposed concrete structuring the volumes; the lightness of wood in the brises; and iron in the balcony railings. This dialogue results in a composition integrated with the urban context and reinforces the presence of nature in the residential experience.
