Canopée restaurant
Hidden behind a large green carriage entrance, just a short walk away from Nantes' former courthouse, is "Canopée".

Canopée is a spacious restaurant that we have imagined specifically for epicurean experiences : a bar to help you escape, a lounge to kick back in, circle booths to meet up in, or better yet a terrace for getting some fresh air. Canopée is first and foremost about light and lush greenery with a vast hanging glass ceiling over the former courtyard of 19th century hotel. It is an elegant, refined, authentic place.

Brasserie Offendurg
The restyling of a building always involves very difficult and accurate choices, especially when dealing with buildings that are part of the history of a country.
This is the case with a bar in Offenburg, Germany. The peculiarity of the location is its historicity: the walls of the room are parts of the historic walls built between 500 and 780 years ago with the aim of defending the ring of the city.
The renovation works involved the dismantling of 385,000 kg of water and heating conduits installed on the ceiling. The installation of 180 square meters of raised floor allowed to create a 34 cm plenum to house the conduits and the electrical cables.

Renaissance Paris La Defense
These Virserius Studio-designed and renovated rooms were completed in 2016. Located in the La Défense business district, the hotel's revitalized new look combines distinctly French refinement with modern touches and artistic ‘moments’ that Virserius Studio is known for. Each room was conceived to bring lightness and warmth, and offer a respite from the action and commerce of this bustling central Paris neighborhood. Neutral colors were chosen, complemented by pops of bright colors, while textured walls were added to give an element of depth to each space. Guests can choose among different suites where they will be treated to an experience and comfort found only at home.
