EcoNeo is a 35 m² summerhouse in Zealand, Denmark, designed by SAGA Space Architects as a compact residential construction for low-impact holiday living. Drawing on the studio's work with habitats for extreme environments, the project applies principles of spatial efficiency, resource awareness, and human well-being to a familiar architectural typology: the Danish summerhouse. Located in Barcelona's Sants district, Spain, LAOS transformed a 1950s residential building into a flexible public facility. Originally characterised by structural decay, highly compartmentalised spaces, and poor natural ventilation, the building underwent a comprehensive architectural transformation to prioritise community activities. Villa Santpoort is a detached residence located in the dunes of Santpoort-Zuid, designed to form a connection with its surrounding landscape. The design responds to the natural level differences of the site, resulting in a playful split-level layout where spaces are interconnected yet retain their own identity. The villa consists of a wooden volume placed on a concrete plinth, intersected by glass elements that create transparency and unique light conditions. The integrated approach to both exterior and interior results in a cohesive design that strengthens the relationship between the home and nature. Located in Burjassot, Valencia, the new student residence rises over a preexisting structure, transforming an unfinished office building into a vibrant space for living and learning. Mot-L Residence is in the upper part of the still recent urban fabric of the city of Lagos, Portugal. The development occupies three lots, which are interconnected in a housing complex. The central space is a courtyard or square, a privileged outdoor living space which most of the apartments face. G-Building is the headquarters and flagship of G-Group, which is known as one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" and an "Inspirational Brand." The building is designed to create an emotional and memorable experience, with every detail flowing smoothly from the outside in. EXTERIORThe design utilises diverse architectural "masks" to create a striking contrast between the building's podium and its tower. 33 Franklin Street is a mixed-use residential and commercial development located in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn our studio’s home neighborhood. Situated on a 21,000-square-foot lot with three street frontages, the project is both an architectural response to its context and a forward-looking addition to the neighborhood fabric. This proposal aims to rehabilitate a residential building located at Praça Duque de Saldanha No. 11-11C, cornering Avenida Praia da Vitória No. 49-67, in order to adapt it to current comfort, safety, and accessibility standards. The goal is to modernize the building without compromising its existing structure and historical memory. Located on a quiet street in the Batel neighborhood of Curitiba, the building has a family-friendly scale with only six floors. Each floor contains four apartments, measuring 52.6 and 67.5 m², two of which face the street, while the other two overlook the Batel perimeter. The rooftop is dedicated to the common area, offering all residents the best views.
