Villa Santpoort is a detached residence located in the dunes of Santpoort-Zuid, designed to form a connection with its surrounding landscape. The design responds to the natural level differences of the site, resulting in a playful split-level layout where spaces are interconnected yet retain their own identity.
The villa consists of a wooden volume placed on a concrete plinth, intersected by glass elements that create transparency and unique light conditions. The integrated approach to both exterior and interior results in a cohesive design that strengthens the relationship between the home and nature.
The project covers the full process from design to realization and is currently under construction.
