The multifunctional complex GALLION envisions a mutually reinforcing combination of comfortable housing and a space for business development. The goal goes beyond merely adding commercial premises to residential buildings. The role of the complex is to create a high-quality example of symbiosis between business infrastructure and residential units, thus eliminating the issue of monofunctionality in the planned neighborhoods. Several years ago, our team was lucky enough to participate in the development and design of an office center in the city of Kyiv, in the heart of the capital, on Kruhlouuniversytetska Street, in a historic building. The project of the business centre, the reconstruction of Troitskaya Square, and the restyling of the facade of the Park-inn hotel is a complex solution. Our team has been working on it for over a year. AIMM AIMM We developed several design solutions for the architectural ensemble of the square. PSHKN business space is a business center with full biodynamic lighting. We wanted to create an atmosphere, as if it would reflect the biorhythms and emotions of people, apparently for the time being. So the passers-by took the cold nib and drank it into the other space. For this world, biodynamic lighting was developed, in which contrast, brightness, and color temperature change with the passage of the day. Elegant, soft and plastic image. It lives, it moves, standing out spectacularly against the supposedly static line of development of the block. We have achieved a unique image of the object, with an emphasis on working with the plasticity of form. The building has quite massive dimensions in a small height, so it was so important to give it lightness and mobility through the gradual turning of the facade planes, thereby creating a twisting effect. Oneworks’ proposal for the new Enac Academy has been designed to create an efficient, sustainable, comfortable and iconic building, capable of becoming a promoter of a renewed relationship with the existing precious landscape. Surrounded by nature and characterised by a large glass facade with a mixtilineal design and curved metal roof, the building will provide a series of flexible teaching and conference spaces for the Italian Civil Aviation Authority. This summer camp in Dilijan, Armenia houses educational, athletic, and residential facilities. It is intended to function as a youth camp during the Summers and a business and conference center during the rest of the year.  One of the many challenges in designing this summer camp was dealing with the topography of the land. The site is along a steep and heavily forested incline. The project completed on August 23 in Chechnya at its 60th anniversary birthday of the assassinated President of Chechnya Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov. The architectural systems which, the architect of the project, Salman Khanukaev has chosen were the M6 and M3 Curtain wall systems.
