The renovation transformed the existing 3 story 865 square meter space into an airy, fun, and colorful baby retail store. In visioning session, we had difficulty in locating the store because of all similar cold structures in the district. The store building was very uninviting in external appearance and gloomy within. The concept of the design was based on capturing the attention of visitors. Therefore we chose a warm and bright color for the exterior facade. Caption Caption Passersby young and old may feel pull, starting with the vibrant yellow color of the exterior. The building is located in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. The building rising with 2-storey masses lying horizontally and the glass-covered floors between them, created a contrast with the vertical boxes that came out of the console opposite to the horizontal. The dynamic relationship formed by horizontal and vertical masses created a sense of movement in different directions in the structure. 5 vertical boxes in the building gave the building an architectural identity by making a console with a height of 3 floors. The commercial floors on the ground floor and 1st floor have defined the entrance area to the building with the shell extending to the boundary of the plot and have been decomposed in size from the upper apartment volumes. Nur commercial project is located on a 790-square-meter land near the main road of Noor city between the sea and the Sisangan jungle. Considering the accessibility and landscape The land has special situation. The client request was to establish a recreational/commercial hub on this land. According to the subject of the project, the typology of Iranian BAZAR was studied. In these studies, the design team emphasized on two issues. The first issue was Iranian traditional bazar program and the other one was Iranian bazaar voids/in between spaces. Andén Querétaro is a space embedded in the center of this city, located next to the iconic aqueduct, where tradition and the industrial field come together. The tracks layout was done in the late XIX century, with the arrival of the railroad and the station platform went through one of the last arches of the aqueduct. Years later it was decided to change the railroad and remove the tracks to avoid harm due to the vibration.   Inspired in the old day’s nostalgia, when the aqueduct and the train used to meet, it was sought to rehabilitate the place and turn it into a cultural and gastronomic reference in the area. The project is located in La Isla Merida Shopping Center, in the Yucatan, Mexico. It is considered one of the largest and most important shopping centers in Southeast Mexico.The purpose of the project is to generate a facade that breaks with the rigid structure of the premises. The design of the facade generates a texture that provokes a contrast between shadows and reflections with the different solar illuminations, even at night with artificial lighting. Using 3 triangular modules, each formed by 3 plates, the result were pieces with different reliefs. The field of activity for architects were public spaces of the 70-floor tower, as well as several halls and lobbies, located on the first floor. That is a kind of a complex of the connected entrance areas with the reception desks. Also Architects made the underground parking lobby with a total area about 4000 m2. The influential eco theme was chosen as a basis for the interior solutions: it is manifested in the selection of materials and in the way the space is shaped.
