Valle Pome is an ancient countryside estate nestled among the rolling hills of the Asti region. The property consists of several buildings: a main villa, stables, a barn, and a caretaker’s house. This small apartment, located in a former industrial space, perfectly embodies the characteristics of an urban loft. The main challenge was managing the limited space and the arrangement of the openings. The main theme of the renovation of this small apartment is rediscovery.In fact, during the demolition works, previously hidden elements such as the vaulted brick ceiling and the arches that characterize the living room came to light. The existing layout followed the typical ringhiera arrangement, with living and sleeping areas divided by the central core of services.
