The Forum Fondazione Bertarelli originates from a thorough study of the settlement models in the inland of the Maremma plains. This 300-seat concert hall has an organic shape, perfectly self-contained and within the golden ratio, whose proportions were designed for non-mechanical acoustic amplification. From a distance as well as from close range, the Forum is not perceived as a building. Being free of openings, its rugged concrete surface with the earth tones of cement is reminiscent of a mound and fortified by wavy oxidised iron plate, which it partially envelops. The project forms part of the eco-district at Jonction. This public facilities building complements the three existing residential units. Its programme includes a crèche, a sports hall, premises for extracurricular activities and a multi-purpose hall. The consumer services centre “Siberia” is an important landmark of Tyumen historic centre. The potential of the building is enormous. In the past this large-scale building used to provide valuable services for the community and people have been coming here for generations. However, for the past decade the building was not used effectively. Today the resources and efforts that have been invested in this space do not give proper dividends to the city. The space is occupied, the landmark is there, but there is no benefit for people, while the cost is significant. Ukraine Concert Hall  is a flagship music hall in Kharkiv. In 1946-1947 an open musical theater for 1800 people with bandstand for 80 people was built in the Shevchenko garden. The authors of the project are architects N.F. Arefyev, E.A. Lyubomilova and A.S. Mayak. An architect A.M. Ginzburg performed acoustic justification of the project. For the first time in world practice, an asymmetrical scheme of a saddle-shaped shell was carried out, for the first time, a shell measuring 90 x 48 meters was created, covered with Ferro-cement slabs. In the city center of Renens, halfway between forest and urban density, the aforementioned project brings together several intergenerational and multifunctional programs, such as a kindergarten, a concert hall and family gardens. The building is contemplated to have a 500-seat indoor concert hall, a 600-seat outdoor ampitheater, an art exhibit space, community meeting rooms and classrooms for both music and art. The genesis of the Concert Hall design is influenced by historical, cultural, environmental and vernacular concepts. Salish and Suquamish Tribal art were significant inspiration for the fluid and organic shape of the building.  The the foyer of the Dutch National Opera & Ballet, originally designed by architect Cees Dam in 1986, has been renewed. Dam & Partners Architecten is responsible for the design of the new foyer in collaboration with Richard Hutten Studio, who designed the custom furniture. In separate phases, the public toilets were renovated, the storage cellar was transformed into an education center and the public foyer was completely renovated.
